What's with the time lag and skips in the time stamps for LBusa posts?
I posted the DE Games at 6:43AM and it just appeared at 7:xxPM. A
lapse of almost 12 hours. In fact I thought I had choked the
transmission and tried sending again - so sorry if it pops up again.
And was just about to try again this evening when I finally saw it.
Are these posts being screened? I've had other posts appear almost
instantly on LBMA. Did I use the wrong syntax of letters to call it
out for porn? Do Rich-Text Editor posts take longer to appear?
Just wondering

I think that Yahoo! groups are really bogged down right now because
of the email worm/virus that is hitting their servers. There seems
to be message latency at almost every group I've been reading.

Sewso-
I've noticed that from time to time yahoo group posting slows down to a
pathetically painfully slow pace. Those times usually correspond with a big
virus threat. I would imagine that with this latest worm going around, and
the fact that it targets yahoo addresses, yahoo is all but hand-sorting
email messages.
Or it could be that someone is screening all your mail before it can be
posted ( ;^) - J/K. )

Speaking as one of the moderators, we're not screening. (Well, we *are* screening, but not
for members who already having posting privileges. We're mostly here to intercept the
spam.) :)
Yahoo's been horribly slow today and I suspect others are right that they're dealing with
this "graphic site" virus. (I've deleted a bunch of messages with that subject line from the
moderation queue today alone.) Let's hope things speed up soon.
